At Con Fuerza, we utilize an approach backed by Gallup to uncover and develop your strengths. If you are not familiar with Gallup, they are a research based organization who's founder decided to study what is right with people vs what is wrong. We take this a step further by utilizing their science and matching it up to your situations to give you real time, relevant feedback that you can apply today. Working in this space will ensure you are more engaged in your work or home life and will lead to higher performance.
About Our Coach
Our lead coach is Mr. Richard Montes. Mr. Montes is proven business leader who has had a professional career spanning over 20+ years in the Human Resources discipline. His career has included industries such as hospitality, retail manufacturing, Department of Defense (DOD) work and public education. With such a wide array of industries, he has been able to apply his craft to each individual situation by showing strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align prioriities and execute. He uses this approach when he coaches as he learns from every situation and his joy is to deliver that back to people he works with and coaches.
If there is one word that can describe Mr. Montes it is Passion. He lives it in his work and by giving back to his communities. He is of Bolivian and Puerto Rican descent with a strong family values and his wife is Cuban so there is a great mix of cultures in their household. Mr. Montes grew up in the Northeast hailing from NY and NJ areas before relocating down to Central Florida where he currently resides. He is an alum of the University of Central Florida with his Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management and also from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business where he earned the Masters of Business Adminstration. In addition to his educational areas he also has active certifications in the following areas: Senior Professional in Human Resources, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Gallup Certified Engagement Champion & a certificate in Data Analytics. Mr. Montes was recently a national finalist for the prestigious ARDA (American Resort Development Association) Emerging Leader award in 2024. He also volunteers his time with the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund in Orlando having served as a volunteer speaker and most recently part of the scholarship selection committee.
